Priyanka Mishra (PMP) is a highly experienced Senior Consultant, Agile Coach, and Senior Scrum Master at Capgemini Technologies. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Priyanka has developed a deep understanding of the Agile methodology and has honed her skills in Scrum Mastering, project management, and team leadership. In her current role as a Senior Scrum Master at Capgemini, Priyanka is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. She is an expert in Agile methodologies and is adept at using Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks to manage complex projects. Prior to joining Capgemini, Priyanka worked as an Associate Project Manager at bpk technologies, where she was responsible for creating roadmaps, user stories, and functional architecture designs. She also provided training to all the departments for product awareness and usability. As a Scrum Master, Priyanka conducted daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Delivery, and Sprint Retrospective as part of Agile and tracked the activities. She acted as a Single Point of Contact to the manager about tracking the status of regular team work items as part of planning and delivery of the items. Before joining bpk technologies, Priyanka worked as an Editor at rr donnelley. She holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Madras and Govt.Hr.Sec.School, Mahadevpur, Arunachal Pradesh.
